This session will focus on the new requirements for reporting school year 2010-2011 CTE Adult Affidavit Program (AAP) Enrollments in 2010-2011 K-12 PIMS. In prior years this collection was accomplished within the Web-based Pennsylvania Adult and Postsecondary Application (PAAPSA). All LEAs that will have registered Adult Affidavit Programs in the Web-based Career and Technical Education System (CATS) for the 2010-2011 school year should participate in one of these three sessions (all three sessions will be the same). Participants for school year 2010-2011 CTE AAP LEAs should at a minimum include appropriate PIMS Administrators, prior year PAAPSA data coordinators, and as appropriate, LEA student information system vendors.

Target Audience

PIMS Administrators, prior year PAAPSA data coordinators, appropriate Perkins Adult CTE coordinators, (non-Perkins) Adult CTE coorrdinators and, as appropriate, LEA student information system vendors serving LEAs with school year 2010-2011 registered Adult Affidavit Programs.
