The presentation provides information pertaining to the PIMS Course templates which are used in the Highly Qualified Teacher [HQT] and other related reports. The session will help you understand how the Course, Course Instructor, and Student Course Enrollment data interface with the Teacher Certification System to produce the HQT calculations. You will learn how to plan your data extracts, properly prepare your templates and how to effectively use the Cognos reporting tools for best results. The goal is to help you submit the data correctly the first time to eliminate data error corrections. This collection opens February 1 and ends February 24, so please have your data ready to correct and submit after you attend one of the sessions.

Please sign up for only one session as the same material will be covered during each presentation. Due to the limited available participant slots, we encourage you to gather your team in a small conference room to share the connection.
