The Professional Staff Collection is open January 3-28, 2011 for submission.  The Staff, Staff Snapshot (2011-01-03 snapshot date) and Staff Assignment templates are used in this collection.

The Human Resources specialist (or staff member responsible for hiring and tracking teacher certifications) and the PIMS staff data submitters/administrators are encouraged to sit together while attending a session.  This Webinar covers the changes from 2010, reviews the preparation process and provides the submission requirements and deadlines. You should attend a Data Preparation and Submission for New Participant session (or listen to a recording) before attending this session if this is the first time that you are preparing or submitting professional staff data. 

Please plan to attend one of the four sessions. Please note that each section covers the same content.  Multiple sessions are scheduled to accommodate more users.  All sessions will be recorded for those who wish to review the material a second time or for those who cannot attend a live session. To find a recording, visit and click on the recordings tab in the upper left corner of the screen.  Use the date of the original session to locate the desired recording.
