Introduction to the new Teacher Information Management System (TIMS). TIMS is an online system for the submission of applications for Pennsylvania educator certification. Included in the presentation: Access, use, helpful tools and support information for Pennsylvania PK-12 Educational Entities to use TIMS for verifying work experience or submitting emergency permits.

Target Audience

All Certifying officers or Chief School Administrators at all PK-12 educational entities as identified in Pennsylvania. Public schools, IUs, CTE, Approved Private Schools or entities eligible for emergency permits and validation of in-state teaching experience. Charter schools as well.
