This is the second of a two-part training series. Please attend a Part I session or listen to the Part I recording before joining one of these Webinars.

The Human Resources specialist (or staff member responsible for hiring and tracking teacher certifications) and the PIMS staff data submitters/administrators are encouraged to sit together while attending a session. This Webinar focuses on post-submission staff data validation and correction. There will be many demonstrations using PIMS reports, Cognos reports and Excel and/or Access. Learn how to interpret the error and warning feedback spreadsheet provided by PDE. Review the reports needed to find and correct data errors in your 2009-10 Staff, 2010-01-04 Staff Snapshot and/or Staff Assignment data. Data corrections are due by March 15, 2010.

Please plan to attend one of the three sessions. Please note that each section covers the same content. Multiple sessions are scheduled to accommodate more users. All sessions will be recorded for those who wish to review the material a second time or for those who cannot attend a live session. This session is not eligible for ACT 48 credit.

Target Audience
